In today’s times, there are some many things that can capture our attention. Family, work, social media, community concerns, ministry concerns… there are so many areas of life that can cause us to live in a reactive state rather than proactive state. Meaning that, we are only reacting to what’s happening rather than being proactive and creating, establishing, and commanding what we would like to see.
Today, I want to encourage you to proactively focus on what you would like to see. Focus on what you would like to experience and actively work to bring it to life. Clearly see what you really want, establish in the atmosphere of your life, and command it to become so by your words and your actions. Give your attention to what matters. Think of Jesus being at the door, then asking him something. Ensure that what you are asking of Him really matters. According to Matthew 7:7-8 if we ask, seek, and knock we shall reap of our asking, seeking, and knocking. Believing the Word of God, let’s do it together and in all that we receive, ensure that we give God Glory.

During the current political climate, we need to pray like never before. Although we know that faith with our works is dead, we have to go before God in prayer so that we can receive the guidance needed to ensure that we are performing the correct activities. So I want to encourage you all to keep praying and to help us, I will share with you this short prayer for our country.
Father, Your Word says that, “in the last days, perilous times shall come.” But, Your Son Jesus encouraged us to “be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” So we pray that You use us to be the, “salt of the earth”, and the light of the world.” God touch not only our country, but the countries all over the world. Strategically place people everywhere to be catalyst for you to bring people to you and to generate positive progression. In your Son Jesus name. Amen. Matthew 5:13-14; Luke 4:14 Over the last several weeks we have seen much trouble in our land. So this week, I think we should just extend out prayers for our family and loved ones.
Heavenly Father, We come to you on behalf of our family and loved ones. First, we want to thank you for the many blessings that you have already bestowed upon us. We thank you for life, health and strength. We thank you for protecting our family and loved ones from dangers seen and unseen. Father, please continue to bless them in all areas of their lives. When trouble arise, let them know you are a very present help in the time of trouble if they would only put their trust in you. If there be any that don't know you , please save them. Bind us together in love and help us to forgive one another as you have forgiven us. We thank you because we know you hear and answer prayer. This prayer we pray in Jesus' name.
